This community which is an ARMCO development is now complete and consists of a mixture of single family homes and semi-detached units. There are two Cul-de-sacs in this subdivision (1) Loppie Close  and (2) Stone Hill Place.

The style of these homes varies with the addition of: garages, walkouts, completed basement, and the number of baths. The homes in this subdivion are heated mostly with oil fired hot water baseboard or electric heat. This subdivision is approximately 2 klms from Bayer’s Lake which is a major shopping area and approx 5 klms from the Armdale Rotary which is basically the entry point to the Halifax peninsula. Within this community there is a new middle school Ridgecliffe Middle School http://www.rms.ednet.ns.ca/  for grades 6-9
