Fairview

Fairview is located on the western edge of Halifax and just above the peninsula.  Through the 1960s, Fairview became densely populated and the last subdivision to be completed in the community was Keystone Court in 1990. Newer residential developments like Clayton Park West sprung up in outlying areas during the 1970s-1990s. The area has a mixture of rental units, semi detached and single family homes. This is an older established area with medium priced housing.  Fairview is on the metro bus route and there is easy access from Fairview to Dunbrack and the 102 and to the Bedford Highway.
