Homes for Sale in Kingswood Kingswood subdivisions is divided into two parts, Kingswood South on one side of the Hammonds Plains Road and "Kingswood North" on the opposite side of the road.   The lots in these subdivisions are usually one to two acres with large homes. The housing in Kingswood is typically 12 to 22 year old split entries or 2-storey single family housing. Here you will find, mature trees, several lakes, nice landscaping and there are no condo's or semi-detached homes in this subdivision.
